I’ve spent my career figuring out how to make learning programs actually work- from the learner's perspective to the logistics behind the scenes.

For more than a decade, I have been designing, facilitating and managing educational experiences from across schools, non profits, leadership programs and higher education.

My career has taken me to the front of the room facilitating learning to behind the scenes designing programs for hundreds of participants at conferences. My passion has always been to facilitate meaningful educational experiences, so I set out to design methodologies for experts to create experiences that help people learn, grow and take action.

Because I have worked in both educational and operational roles. I understand the challenges of balancing learner needs with organizational goals, limited resources and busy schedules. My approach is grounded in creating learning experiences that are engaging, practical and designed for implementation.
